What we collect
Inflation Compass has no accounts or logins. Values you type into the calculators (amounts, years, countries, salaries) are processed in your browser and are not sent to our servers. If you send us feedback by email or the feedback form, we receive the details you include in that message.
Third-party services
Charts are drawn with the Chart.js library loaded from the cdnjs content delivery network, which may receive your IP address and browser details as part of serving that file. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs. Google Search Console is used to monitor how the site appears in search results. If we add analytics or advertising, we will update this policy first and describe the cookies involved.
Cookies
The site itself does not set cookies. Third-party services listed above may set their own under their own policies.
The planning calculators can save a summary of your results (the “My Inflation Reality” card) in your browser’s local storage on your own device. It is never sent to us, and you can remove it with the “Clear my summary” button or by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
